Year 9 pupils have been learning about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and how it's necessary for our survival, safety, love and belonging and self-esteem needs to be met before we can self-actualise. Unfortunately, we don't live in an equal world and many families live in absolute poverty. 9A are pictured researching the latest statistics on world poverty and the goals set by the United Nations to tackle this issue.
