Melanie Takes Cookery Class

Year 8 pupil Melanie was our ‘teacher’ last week at Cookery Club.

With the dish of the day was Rissóis de Carne, Melanie demonstrated how to prepare it using homemade pastry and a savoury filling, before it was shallow fried for a crispy finish.
